Reservation Guidelines

IMPORTANT NOTE: Before filling out this form, please make sure that your preferred dates are available by checking the property's Availability Calendar.  Available dates will be in white.

Reservations are not confirmed until payment is made.  After you have completed the below form, you will receive an email confirming your requested dates & instructions on how to pay through Ebiz.

  • The Girl Scout rate is only for groups that include a Girl Scout troop.  Family events do not qualify for this rate.
  • Reservations may not be confirmed more that six months prior to the desired date.  
  • A confirmation email will be sent upon receipt of  payment.  The email will also include additional property specific information to help you plan your trip.
  • To receive a deposit refund the following requirements must be met when checking out:
    • Site key left in lock box at facility
    • Building left secure with all windows and doors closed and loced.  Alarm armed (as applicable to the facility)
    • Facility left clean according to checkout sheet and no damage
    • Equipment returned clean, satisfactory condition
  • A trained council-approved adult member must be present and All Safety Guidelines and Safety Activity Checkpoint standards must be met.
  • You must submit Emergency Contact information.  An Emergency Contact is defined as a parent or other volunteer who will not be on-site with the group, but will be available during the stay in case of emergency.

Day use fee applies for arrival before 3pm.




Day use fee applies to departures after 2:30pm.






An optional plan of activity insurance is available for non-members who participate in council approved Girl Scout activities. It can be found in the Traveling Troops Guide. This form and payment is due at least 1 week prior to the activity.
