Below you will find a volunteer application for you to complete.
Badgerland Council must receive your completed application and conduct a background check prior to volunteering with Girl Scouts. Please see the application for more information regarding the background check. You can download the application, or use the fillable form and print a copy to send to council. Please note that you will not be able to save information in the fillable form.
Once you have completed your volunteer application, please return the original, signed copy to:

Upon completion of your background check, you will receive an e-mail with information regarding volunteer training. Council staff will also contact you regarding your new role as a volunteer.
