Life Insurance Policy
Make the Badgerland Council the beneficiary of an existing policy or purchase a new policy which names the council as both owner and beneficiary.
Retirement Plan Benefits
Name Badgerland Council as the primary or contingent beneficiary on retirement programs such as IRAs, annuities, Keoghs, 401(k) plans and other pension and profit sharing plans.
Charitable Gift Annuity
Invest in a charitable gift annuity to receive a charitable contribution tax deduction and income for life. The Badgerland Council later receives the remaining assets of the annuity.
Charitable Remainder Trust (CRT)
Establish a charitable remainder trust to receive a charitable contribution tax deduction and income for life. The Badgerland Council later receives the remaining assets of the trust.
Any other gift that benefits Girl Scouts of Wisconsin - Badgerland in the the future, is considered a legacy gift.
