Girl Scouts will:
- Celebrate Girl Scout spirit with a special pre-game parade and an exclusive event patch to commemorate the experience.
- Enjoy a festive evening filled with "Christmas in July" fun and capped off with a post-game fireworks show that will thrill Girl Scouts of all ages.
- Take part in the overnight adventure that includes admission to the game, a videoboard movie showing, and the unique opportunity to sleep under the stars right on the field!
Get ready for an unforgettable Girl Scout night at the ballpark! Girl Scouts should arrive behind the center field wall by 5:45PM in uniform to participate in the pre-game parade. First pitch is at 6:35 PM. During the game, meals and patches will be available for pickup in the kids' zone in right field during the first inning, and each troop will be recognized on the videoboard starting in the 4th inning. After the game, enjoy a fireworks show that all fans will be able to stay for. Followed by an exclusive overnight stay on the field with a movie on the big screen. All participants staying overnight, will exit the stadium post-game to grab their overnight items, and line back up at the center field gates. Departure is by 7AM the next morning!
-If you are taking part in the overnight portion, all overnight items are your responsibility including tents. NO STAKES are allowed in the field so make sure you have weights to secure it.
-ABC Supply Stadium is a cashless ballpark
**Girl Scout Ticket includes hot dog, chips and drink with the overnight stay on the field. Guest Ticket includes admission to the game and overnight stay to meet safety ratios**
A staff member from the Badgerland Council may not be present on the day of the game. However, Henry Strupp a staff member from the Beloit Sky Carp, who has helped organize the event, will be on site and is your point of contact for the day.
