Girl Scouts of Wisconsin Badgerland Council is a non-profit 501 (c)(3) organization serving more than 5,200 girls in grades K-12. Our membership also includes over 3,800 adult volunteers who serve as leaders, trainers, mentors, and board members. Badgerland Council serves girls in 23 counties in southcentral and southwestern Wisconsin, including border communities in Iowa and Minnesota.
We are a team of local staff ready to help girls and volunteers earn that next badge, embark on a camping adventure, or organize an impactful service project. That’s what a Girl Scout council is. We are here to provide local Girl Scouts with skill-building workshops, amazing experiences, and resources to achieve whatever they can dream up.
Our anti-racism pledge reflects who we are: an organization that is rooted in values set forth in our Girl Scout Law, including honesty, fairness, caring, courage, and respect for self and others. All of these are hallmarks of Girl Scouts’ broader commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and racial justice.
