Last year's event was rooted in the insights from the State of the Girl in Wisconsin report, this gathering is focused on momentum as we expand access, remove barriers, and create more opportunity where it is needed most. Telva McGruder
Telva is the Executive Director of Global Body Manufacturing Engineering at General Motors. She is a former chief diversity, equity, and inclusion officer and is passionate about expanding access and building inclusive cultures where everyone can thrive. She serves as National Board President of Girl Scouts of the USA and is a lifetime member of GSUSA, championing opportunities that empower girls to grow as confident leaders and bold problem-solvers.
