Registration Details
- Registration starts Thursday, January 15 at Noon
- Discounted Pricing on Camp Ehawee Overnight Programs January 15–31
- Payment is due upon registration

Paying with Badgerland Bucks
There are two ways to pay with Badgerland Bucks.
- Call Customer Care at 800.236.2710 to complete a registration over the phone using Badgerland Bucks.
- Register and pay online with a credit card, then complete and submit the Badgerlad Bucks Reimbursement Form.
Camp Deposits
$50 deposit for any camp costing $200 or more. Remaining balances are due three weeks prior to camp start date. Camp Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another camp session within the same summer if notice is given more than three weeks prior to the camp session start date. Camps costing less than $200 do not have a deposit and must be paid in full at the time of registration.
Early Bird Prcing
January 15-31
Plan to lock in your bunk for any Camp Ehawee resident camps. January 15–31, you'll enjoy a discount on programs including Resident Camp, Horse Camp, Water Explorer, Trail Explorer, and Mini Resident Camp.
Campership (Camp Scholarship)
Camperships for program registration is available to families for Badgerland-sponsored programs. Camp scholarships are available to Badgerland Girl Scouts attending camp. Each person may only apply for a scholarship for one camp. 2026 Campership Application coming soon.
Please note: To make sure your camper secures a spot at camp, we recommend paying the non-refundable camp deposit first, if possible. Then, you can apply for a camp scholarship. Keep in mind that it may take some time to process and review scholarship applications.
CampDoc.com
Look for a separate email from CampDoc inviting you to create an account and complete the camper's profile. This includes health records. Complete this THREE WEEKS BEFORE CAMP; except CampHERO sessions which are due by June 1.
Cancellation Policy
Occasionally the need arises for council to cancel a camp due to weather, safety concerns, or low registration. Please maintain accurate contact information in MyGS so staff can reach you. If canceled, the program may be rescheduled or refunded.
Refund Policy
Refunds, which exclude a $10 cancellation fee per event transaction and any non-refundable deposits paid, are provided for cancellations made by the registration deadline or in the event of serious illness or death in the family. Full refunds are issued after the deadline only if the program is canceled.
Camper Photos (not guaranteed)
After camp, we’ll also share photos taken during your campers stay, though we can’t guarantee any photos. Our counselors try to capture special moments whenever possible, but our main focus is to provide each Girl Scout with a safe, fun, and memorable experience.

CampDoc Health Forms - Due 3 Weeks Before Camp
Submit Your Camper’s Required Health Forms
Once you've reserved your spot, it’s time to complete the final steps to ensure a safe and seamless camp experience. We use CampDoc.com, a secure electronic system, to gather and manage health information for all campers. Here’s everything you need to know:
LOOK FOR AN EMAIL FROM CAMPDOC
Once registered, you’ll receive an email from CampDoc inviting you to create an account. Follow the link to complete your camper’s health profile and upload all required health records. This information must be submitted three weeks before camp starts (CampHERO sessions are due June 1). Health forms must be submitted by the deadline. Missing the deadline will result in cancellation of your camp reservation without a refund.
HEALTH DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENTS
For campers staying 4 nights or more:
- Health History
- Physical Exam (signed by a licensed physician, PA, or RN within 24 months of camp start date)
- Immunization Record or Waiver
For campers staying 3 nights or less:
- Health History
- Immunization Records or Waiver are optional
Buddy Requests
Campers can request up to three buddies in CampDoc, and we’ll do our best to place them in the same sleeping area for the week.
