Ready to level up your camp experience? CIT Level 1 is a 6-day, 5-night program designed for Seniors ready to grow from camper to camp leader. Participants will dive into leadership fundamentals, learn camp logistics, and support campers while still participating in fun, hands-on activities.
Campers will rotate through archery, climbing, arts and crafts, canoeing, and more, gaining a behind-the-scenes understanding of how camp runs. CITs also develop essential skills in communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and responsibility-preparing them for future leadership roles at camp. This program now includes a small fee to help cover meals, lodging, and staff-led programming.
