Girl Scouts Will:
Build advanced leadership skills as they step into roles supporting younger campers and leading activities.
Assist camp staff across multiple activity sessions, plan and lead camp traditions and service projects, and learn how camp operations work behind the scenes.
Earn the CIT2 Pin and the Ultimate Recreation Challenge badge to mark their progression.
Take your leadership journey to the next level with CIT Level 2, a 13 day, 12 night immersive program designed for Ambassadors who have completed CITLevel1. This session gives you realworld experience in camp leadership-working with younger campers, coleading activities, planning and executing service projects, and supporting the full camp community.
Throughout the two weeks, CIT2s will: comanage activity sessions under staff supervision, plan and implement camp traditions and largegroup events, participate in a service project that leaves a positive mark on camp, and reflect daily to build strong leadership habits. The pace is fast, the responsibility is real, and the growth is huge.
Camp Highlights:
Leadership in Action: Serve as a role model and mentor for younger campers while practicing conflict management, group facilitation, and feedback skills.
Activity Leadership & Planning: Assist staff in multiple program areas, then take the lead-planning and guiding songs, games, ceremonies, and camp traditions.
Service Project Execution: Develop, plan, and lead a service project that improves camp and teaches CIT's about service and teamwork.
Daily Reflection & Growth: Engage in structured selfreflection and conversations with staff about strengths, areas for improvement, and next steps.
Badge Earning: Walk away with the CIT2 Pin and the Ultimate Recreation Challenge badge- celebrating your readiness to serve and lead others.
CITLevel2 is a week of intense responsibility, real leadership practice, and meaningful growth-ideal for Ambassadors ready to move from camper to leader and make a lasting impact on their camp community.
