Girl Scouts will:

  1. Build on their existing tool knowledge by learning carpentry techniques to enhance their projects.

  2. Strengthen confidence, independence, and problem-solving skills while designing and constructing their own creations.

  3. Take home a finished project that demonstrates growth, creativity, and mastery as builders.

You've got the basics, and now it's time to build like a pro. At CampBUILD: Apprentice, Cadettes explore advanced carpentry techniques while using circular saws, drills, palm sanders, and hammers with skill and confidence. With expert guidance, campers will design, measure, and build their own original project, refining both technique and personal style.

This session challenges campers to think critically, design creatively, and construct with precision. It's a hands-on journey of independence, leadership, and self-expression. Cadettes will walk away with strong skills, meaningful accomplishments, and a unique creation that shows how far they've come.

CampBUILD is designed to grow with Girl Scouts. Each level introduces new tools and challenges, and Cadettes continue that journey by mastering familiar tools in new ways and experimenting with advanced building techniques. This is a chance to strengthen skills, express creativity, and take pride in building something that's entirely their own.
