Girl Scouts Will:
Participate in a dynamic dance workshop led by a Children's Theater of Madison Teaching Artist.
Learn and create choreography, exploring the art of dance.
Showcase their creative work and dance moves with other Girl Scouts
Let's Dance! Join Children's Theater of Madison (CTM) for a collaborative, creative, and interactive event at the beautiful Madison Youth Arts Center (MYArts).
After a group welcome and warm ups, participate in a dance workshop led by a CTM Teaching Artist. Explore the world of dance by moving your body, learning choreography, and creating some dance moves of your own. At the end of the workshop, share your moves with other groups and earn your Dancer Badge!
Please eat lunch beforehand.
Wear shoes that you can move in and will stay on your feet and clothes you can move in (no dresses/skirts).
Jazz/ballet shoes are not required, but you may bring them if you have them.
This event is not a drop-off event; adults to meet safety ratios
