Price: $25 per Girl / Free for Adults

Girl Scouts Will:

Participate in a theater workshop led by a Children's Theater of Madison Teaching Artist.

Create a character, exploring the world of the past through costume elements and popular games.

Share their creative work with other Girl Scouts and showcase their skills.

Theater skills are life skills! Join Children's Theater of Madison (CTM) for a collaborative, creative, and interactive event at the beautiful Madison Youth Arts Center (MYArts).

 

After a group welcome and theater warm ups, participate in a workshop led by a CTM Teaching Artist. Explore the world of the past by creating a character, playing with costume elements, and enjoying the most popular games of the age. At the end of the workshop, share what you worked on with other groups and earn your Playing the Past Badge!

 

Please eat lunch beforehand.

Wear shoes that you can move in and will stay on your feet and clothes you can move in (no dresses/skirts).

This event is not a drop-off event; adults to meet safety ratios.
