Girl Scouts Will:
Learn about service learning and the impact of community service from nonprofit leaders.
Understand the root of a problem and how you can work within your community to help make it better.
Discover local resources to help complete challenges and make a difference in their communities.
Girl Scouts are change makers within their communities, and by focusing on ways to give back, we can continue to make a huge difference for all community members. In this challenge, dive into topics like service learning, identifying the root causes of community issues, and exploring how meaningful service can create lasting change. Take action to understand your community's needs and discover how your efforts can help make the world a better place.
There will be no virtual kickoff for this event. At the beginning of the program, you will receive an email with Badgerland Exclusive resources and ideas to help you complete the patch. Patches will be mailed out at the conclusion of the program.
