The Youth Leadership Academy is a new and exciting opportunity from Badgerland designed to help Girl Scouts build essential leadership skills while fostering confidence, empathy, and integrity. Participants will strengthen decision-making and communication, explore career paths, and develop key life skills such as goal setting, time management, and healthy living. They'll mentor younger Girl Scouts, provide input on the future of Badgerland, and receive guidance toward earning their Highest Awards-all while creating a supportive community rooted in Girl Scout values.
