Kick off the day with an engaging keynote speaker who will inspire you to dream big, embrace challenges, and lead with confidence. Then customize your experience by choosing from a variety of interactive breakout sessions focused on career exploration, leadership, communication, financial literacy, personal wellness, confidence, and essential life skills. You'll hear from professionals, mentors, and community leaders who are ready to share their experiences and help you discover what's possible.
Whether you're preparing for your first job, exploring future careers, developing leadership skills, or simply looking to become the best version of yourself, EmpowerU will leave you motivated, equipped, and ready to take your next step with confidence.
While Girl Scouts attend breakout sessions, adults can participate in a session focused on supporting their Girl Scout's success in and beyond Girl Scouts. Gain practical tips, resources, and strategies to help your Girl Scout build confidence, leadership, and life skills.
Girl Scouts will participate in a keynote presentation and select from a variety of breakout sessions designed to help them build practical skills, discover new opportunities, and connect with inspiring role models.

Lunch is included with registration. Please indicate any dietary restrictions during registration.
This is not a drop-off event. Adults are welcome to attend designated sessions and must accompany Girl Scouts as required to meet safety ratios.

This conference introduces a variety of topics and skills designed to inspire Girl Scouts to discover new passions and possibilities. Throughout the year, participants can continue exploring these themes through the Youth Leadership Academy Deep Dive Series, where they'll take a closer look at an array of impactful topics. The journey culminates at EmpowerU Camp (details to be announced with 2027 Badgerland Camps), where Girl Scouts experience life on a Wisconsin University campus while strengthening their leadership skills, building lasting connections, and preparing for future success.
