Girl Scouts will:
Learn about nine international Global Action Days and celebrate the achievements of girls and women around the world.
Reflect on how students and young leaders can create change in their schools and communities, then brainstorm ways you can take action too.
Explore the GSUSA Global Action Days Tool-Kit and complete activities that help you work toward earning the Global Action Challenge Patch
Each year, Girl Scouts observe nine international Global Action Days to celebrate the impact of girls and women around the world. These days offer the chance to explore real-world issues and discover how you can make a difference. Look into how young changemakers are creating positive change in their communities, then challenge yourself to take action too. Use the GSUSA Global Action Days Tool-Kit to dive into hands-on activities and start your journey toward earning the Global Action Challenge Patch.
There will be no virtual kickoff for this event. At the beginning of the program, you will receive an email with Badgerland Exclusive resources and ideas to help you complete the patch. Patches will be mailed out at the conclusion of the program.
