Discover the exciting world of robotics through hands-on activities designed for Girl Scouts in grades K-12.

Presented in partnership with Western Tech Robotics, this passport-style event invites participants to explore interactive stations at their own pace. Girl Scouts will investigate how robots work, experiment with programming concepts, learn about inputs, sensors, and outputs, and discover what happens during a robotics competition. Participants will also have opportunities to connect with local robotics organizations and people involved in STEM fields.

Activities will be organized by grade level so participants can enjoy developmentally appropriate challenges. Multi-level troops may divide into smaller groups to visit different stations, provided each group maintains required adult supervision and Girl Scout safety ratios.

Most participants should plan to spend approximately two to three hours completing the stations.

This is not a drop-off event. Adults must attend with youth participants and maintain required Girl Scout safety ratios. All attending adults must register, even though there is no adult registration fee.

Lunch is not provided. Participants may bring a sack lunch, snacks, and a refillable water bottle if they plan to attend over the lunch hour.
