Girl Scouts will:
Identify and apply personal values by reflecting beliefs, strengths, and experiences to make thoughtful decisions and set meaningful personal and leadership goals.
Develop leadership and goal-setting skills by creating and implementing an action plan that demonstrates courage, confidence, and character while addressing a personal or community challenge.
Strengthen self-awareness and resilience by evaluating personal growth, reflecting experiences, and recognizing how their values can guide future education, career, service, and leadership opportunities.
This empowering training is designed specifically for Cadettes, Seniors & Ambassadors where they will explore their personal values by reflecting on their beliefs, strengths, and experiences to make thoughtful decisions and set meaningful personal and leadership goals.
