Because you renewed your Girl Scout membership during the Early Renewal period, you've unlocked an exclusive invitation to VIP Camp Day at Camp Ehawee.
Following the incredible success of last year's VIP Camp Day at Camp Brandenburg, we're excited to welcome our VIP guests to Camp Ehawee for a day packed with adventure, creativity, camp traditions, and outdoor fun. This year's event is especially exciting as we celebrate 75 years of Camp Ehawee, giving Girl Scouts and their adults a chance to experience everything this beloved property has to offer.
Activities may include:
- High ropes course
- Low ropes course
- Climbing wall
- Zipline
- Paddle sports
- Pool activities
- Target sports
- Nature center exploration
- Garden activities
- Nature walks
- Tie-dye projects
- SWAP-making and camp crafts
- Sweet and savory s'mores bar
- Campfires and camp traditions
- Guided camp tours
- Additional camp-themed activities throughout the day
Many of our summer camp staff will still be on property, giving attendees the opportunity to reconnect with some of their favorite domestic and international staff members before the camp season comes to a close.
Activities are designed to be adaptable and inclusive for a variety of ages, interests, comfort levels, and abilities. Some activities may be adjusted due to weather, environmental conditions, or operational needs.
Girl Scouts may attend with an accompanying adult, or troops are encouraged to make it a road trip and enjoy the experience together.
Registration Information:
- VIP Camp Day is an earned benefit available exclusively to Girl Scouts who qualified through Early Renewal.
- Due to registration system requirements, a fee may be displayed during registration. Eligible participants will automatically receive the VIP Camp Day discount and should see a $0 balance at checkout. If you qualified for VIP Camp Day and do not see the discount applied, please contact us before completing your registration.
Logistical Details
- Open to Daisy, Brownie, Junior, Cadette, Senior, Ambassador, and adult Girl Scouts who qualified through Early Renewal.
- All attendees must register.
- Rain or shine event.
- Participants should be prepared for outdoor activities, uneven terrain, and moderate walking throughout camp.
- Some activities may be adjusted due to weather, environmental conditions, or operational needs.
- Additional event details, schedules, parking information, and arrival instructions will be shared with registered participants prior to the event.
