From kindergarten through high school, Girl Scouts is where they’ll explore their interests, build real-life skills, and grow their confidence alongside friends who cheer them on every step of the way.

New to Girl Scouts? When you sign up for the first time, you’re starting a journey full of adventures, friendships, and discoveries.

Join for the current membership year (October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2027)

Join now for $75 for youth and $30 for adults. This covers membership through September 30, 2027.

What is Girl Scouts?
Girl Scouts is more than an activity—it’s a Movement dedicated to building youth of courage, confidence, and character who make the world a better place.

Why do youth love being Girl Scouts?
Girl Scouts is a way of life that brings out the best in your child, even in the most challenging of times. While they’re learning about STEM, the outdoors, entrepreneurship, and important life skills, Girl Scouts are also discovering new ways to make their family and community stronger, kinder, and better for everyone.

How does it work? What’s a “troop”?
Groups of Girl Scouts, called troops, typically meet weekly or every other week for an hour or two. Guided by adult volunteers, troop members choose the hands-on activities and projects that excite them, try new things, and cheer each other on. Together, they earn badges to reflect their successes and show the world what they’re made of.

What’s the goal?
Making sure Girl Scouts are given the opportunity to reach their full potential by developing values and skills that will lead them to happier lives.

Who can be a Girl Scout?
All gender expressions of youth, grades K-12, who seek a girl-centric experience are welcome here.

Is there help available to cover the cost of Girl Scout membership?
Yes! At Badgerland, we believe cost should never be a barrier to belonging. That’s why we offer Scholarships to cover membership fees, uniforms, programs, and even camp—so any Girl Scout who wants to participate can. Apply here.
