Canceling BoothsIf your troop needs to cancel a booth due to an emergency or illness, please be sure to cancel the reservation in ABC Smart Cookies. This allows other troops the opportunity to reserve the booth if they are available. Canceling a Booth Reservation

Virtual Delivery OrdersDo you see Virtual Delivery (Pending Distribution) listed under your Booth Reservations and wonder what it means? Virtual Delivery orders appear when a Girl Scout takes an order through the Digital Cookie app using the troop profile and didn’t select the booth it was sold at. What should you do with these orders? You have two options:

Placing a Planned OrderNeed more cookies? You’ve got it! Troops can reorder each week by submitting a Planned Order in ABC Smart Cookies. Planned Orders are due by 10 p.m. on Sundays. When placing your order, you’ll be asked to select a pickup date and time. This selection simply holds your cookies in the system to ensure availability. Your cupboard manager will follow up with details about the confirmed pickup window. |
Make Your Booth ShineGetting ready for a cookie booth? Our Madison and Onalaska Sashay locations have everything you need. Supplies are limited, so be sure to stop by soon. Can’t make it during business hours? No problem. Take advantage of convenient 24/7 locker pickup at both locations, or shop anytime online at shopgsbadgerland.org. Reminder: Every Girl Scout level has skill-building badges that connect directly to the Girl Scout Cookie Program. Girl Scouts can put their cookie business skills into action and earn: Daisy: Cookie Goal Setter and My First Cookie Business Plus, Girl Scouts at every level can earn the Cookie Entrepreneur Family Pins. Booth LocationsThere are still some opening week and weekend booth sites still available in Beaver Dam, Dodgeville, Janesville, La Crosse, Mauston, Mayville, Monroe, Portage, Richland Center, Viroqua, and Waunakee! Are you having a booth in the downtown Madison area, at a MetroMarket or Pick’n Save, OR at a Festival Foods. Please review the specific rules for each location on Cookie Central Festival Foods requires troops to print, sign, and turn in at their first booth of the season their Cart Lobby rules. Don’t forget to review the Booth Details to make sure you are setting up inside or outside a storefront, or if you need to bring your own table and chairs. This information can be found in the Booth Details section of a Booth location.

Family Responsibility FormsBe sure to have families complete the Responsibility Form before they can participate in cookie sales. The troop hangs on to these forms, and they are only turned into council if you need to fill out a delinquent parent form at the end of the season. |
Corporate Cookie ConnectionThrough the Corporate Cookie Connection Patch Program, Girl Scouts will build their skills in communication, organization, and responsibility as they learn about building cookie partnerships and closing a deal! Organizations who partner with Girl Scouts not only get to keep or donate delicious Girl Scout Cookies, but they receive supporter benefits. Girl Scouts who obtain these connections receive credit for the full number of boxes in ABC Smart Cookies and Digital Cookie, helping them reach higher levels of rewards. This virtual event is your chance to dive into the world of entrepreneurship by mastering the 5 essential entrepreneurial skills: goal setting, decision making, money management, people skills, and business ethics. Whether you're a seasoned cookie seller or just starting, you'll gain the skills to take your cookie business to the next level and have fun doing it! There will be no virtual kickoff for this event. Corporate Cookie ConnectionThrough the Corporate Cookie Connection Patch Program, Girl Scouts build confidence while strengthening their communication, organization, and responsibility skills. As they connect with local businesses, they learn how to create meaningful cookie partnerships and follow through on their commitments. Organizations that partner with Girl Scouts can choose to keep the Girl Scout Cookies they purchase or donate them to a local cause. They are also recognized as proud supporters of the Girl Scout Leadership Experience. Girl Scouts who establish these partnerships receive credit for the full number of packages in ABC Smart Cookies and Digital Cookie. Share your story to tell us why you would like to represent one of the 5 skills as a Product Pro! Product Pros will be champions of Product Programs and the entrepreneurial experience for the following year at events, on social media, and more! Winners are chosen based on the impact of the story they share, not by amount of sales. One representative will be chosen for each skill: People Skills, Goal Setting, Decision Making, Money Management, and Business Ethics. |
