Initial Order Due January 23

Place your Initial Order in Smart Cookies by January 23 if your troop is planning to do booth sales or direct selling. These cookies will be available to pick up the week of Feb. 16 - just in time for opening weekend (Feb. 21-22).

Missed the Gluten-Free deadline? Place request orders now through January 23!

Troop Cookie Paperwork

The Product Program Lead in your area has received the paperwork to hand out. If you haven’t received your paperwork yet, including your Troop guide, please reach out to them.

ABC Smart Cookie Reminders

Update your Troops information under the My Troop tab. Check the Proceed Plan, Main Recognition Plan, and Troop Recognition plan are correct. Also verify that your Troops bank account is correct.

Check your Troop Roster under the My Troop tab. Reach out to Customer Care at info@gsbadgerland.org with the name of the Girl Scout missing. ONLY Girl Scouts with current memberships were uploaded. Please complete no later than February 9 to ensure Girl Scouts are uploaded into Digital Cookie properly.

Booth Sales – Council Secured

Still looking to add more Council Secured Booth locations to your reservations? The Booth scheduler opens every Sunday at 7 am for your troop to select up to 3 additional booth dates/times.

Booth Sales – Troop Secured

Did you chat with a local business and secured a date/time for your troop to sell cookies there? Don’t forget to add the booth to ABC so that you can take credit card payments at the booth.

Save the Date! Digital Cookie Walkthrough for Troops

February 17, 6:00–7:30 p.m.

Troop leaders will receive access to Digital Cookie on Feb 17. Join us online that evening as we walk through setting up your troop account. No need to register – the meeting link will be included in the Cookie Sheet on Feb 13.
